Witness Administration Program

The Witness Administration Program is responsible for arranging for the appearance of Crown witnesses in criminal trials in the Supreme and Territorial Courts.

The Witness Coordinator arranges travel and accommodation for subpoenaed Crown witnesses who must attend court outside their community. The coordinator can provide court orientations on request, as well as such information as details of court dates, subpoenas and the progress of trials. The coordinator may also refer victims to the Victim Services Unit when it is appropriate.

Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
