Witness Administration Program

The Witness Administration Program is responsible for arranging for the appearance of witnesses in trials prosecuted under the Summary Convictions Act.

The Witness Coordinator arranges travel and accommodation for subpoenaed Territorial Crown witnesses who must attend court outside their community. The coordinator can provide court orientations on request, as well as such information as details of court dates, subpoenas and the progress of trials.

Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
