The Public Guardian and Trustee  

Public Guardian and Trustee of Yukon protects the legal rights and financial interests of children, acts as guardian of last resort for adults who have no known relatives or friends to assist them, and administers the estates of deceased and missing persons where there is no known next-of-kin.   The Public Guardian and Trustee has forms and guides available to assist you.

Yukon Victim Services

The Victim Services branch provides help for victims dealing with a range of different crimes. It doesn’t matter if the crime has been reported, a charge has been laid, or the accused has been convicted. They provide services to all people affected by a crime.
